To be completely honest I think this is an overall great product. I'm about 5'5 and 160-170 lbs and I got the XL in beige, thong version even though I'm usually a M. And it works extremely great it gave me an awesome waist, the material is really nice and really comfortable, I have a reasonable mid area, just not too long or short. The only problem I have is the thong part lol, if you're not use to it it may get uncomfy, but otherwise great product fast shipping!

Omg!! Just put this on and it is amazing!! I literally have a Kim kardashian body which I always had but needed to work on my stomach. This thing sucked that sucker in like no other. I'm very happy! I'm 5'4 and 155lbs and I got a size medium. It was hell getting it on but I don't care because I look amazing. I got the one that is a thong so I can just unhook it because there is no way in hell I'm gonna be taking it off and on.

OMG I loooooooved this!!! As soon as it arrived I out it on!! Here's my story: I had my son months ago... he was a big boy. And really stubborn---The last 2 months of my pregnancy knee rested right above my belly button. Because of his position, I now have diastasis recti, which means that the abs are now split in half. The only way to fix this is a tummy tuck or extreme waist training-- Any who--- when I put this on it looked like I lost 15 lbs--- and after having it on for 6 hours my stomach was still flat the next day!! If you need a spokesperson ever... IM YOUR GIRL!!

Its kinda hard to get into even after you break it in but what's the point in having a waist cincher to make your body look awsome if its not tight. Great quality, I've had mine for a while now and it has still kept its shape and does not wear out like some others I have tried. Another pro, the material keeps your stomache hot and has actualy shrunk my stomache just by wearing it. Cons- it stays in place for the most part, but every few hours you do have to pull it down because the thong part starts to hurt my bum.
