It does everything that i want it to do and more. It gives me an hour glass shape. It holds me without feeling like it is crushing me. It even makes me sit with a better posture. The only thing I had an issue with was at first trying to hook all the hooks. That is the only issue I have bit other than that I love it!!! I ordered two of them. I ordered it for my daughter and she is loves it just as much as I do.

I love this trainer! It's really comfortable & the quality is really good for the price! I'm 4'11 & 113pounds and the size small fits great, I like that's it's a bit longer also. I will defiantly be purchasing another one as a gift.

Fits as expected and is great quality! Makes me look slimmer instantly. I like how this was not to expensive as I wanted to try one and it was my first trainer. I'm 160 pounds and 5'7 and bought a large. Fits great.

I have been working out & waist training since I had my baby & this has by far been the best trainer. Really shrunk my waist, instead of toner gel I use nerium & in a month my waist is the smallest. I bought an xs waist trainer. Yes, I followed the size chart, but sized down one for the results I wanted. I started from the first hooks & every few weeks as my waist shrinks will continue to change hooks.

Perfect! Good quality too...I was pleasantly surprised. I wear mine to workout I don't wear it much beyond that but I really feel like it works. I'm 5'3 and a little curvy and I ordered the M even though the measurement guide said I would be a large. It fits perfect. I'm on the first row right now but after two weeks I can already feel myself working toward the second row.!

Not even one month in and my stomach has pulled in and up a lot and gotten flatter. I have went down a notch wearing only a few hours/5-6 days a week. My v lines are beginning to show.. I have also noticed a lift in my breast.

I really love my waist trainer. ive had it for a week so far and im really enjoying it. im 5'5 and about 125 pounds and i got a size small. and it fits perfect. its been a week and im already on the 2 nd row.

I'm 5'10 180 and have a longer torso. Ordered the size large per companies size chart and the corset fit perfect. Wore during a long walk and workout and the fabric felt great. Tell Kim K she got robbed ;)
