The fit guide is spot on. Follow that. Do not try and figure in anything. Do not go by dress size. Do not make this harder than it needs to be and you will be more than pleased. Fluff out and gently steam out/iron out if too wrinkled for your tastes. Note I said gently. No high or direct heat if you don't know what you're doing. Can also adjust higher or lower on your torso for more or less length (about 4 inch difference or so) but this will also affect where and how the over garment will show the poof or flair.
