It is made big but I managed to keep it on. If I had to do it again I would have went down a size. Other than size it did the job and it’s super cute.

I like the quality of this item, especially for how much I spent. I like to sew, but I ran out of steam to make a petticoat for my costume and decided to order this one. For my time and money I don't think I could have bought and made one for less.The materials feel very nice, the sheer part isn't a cheap tulle. The top part to your waist is very stretchy.I will say that the size chart is a bit off. I measured and came up with about a 32 waist, and I fell into the XL size. I could have gone with a large and been fine. That being said, this is extremely easy to alter as its just two side seams. If you're worried about a good fit, maybe order two sizes and return one, or find someone to tighten up the waist a bit.It does come in a small package, but the skirt expands very fast once you start to fluff it up. I was pleasantly surprised how much volume it had!I included a picture of the waistband of the XL. It can easily stretch 2-3 if needed.The bottom hem has a plastic line in it to give it some volume. From the waist the hem measures about 26 , but you can hike the skirt up a bit higher, or roll the waistband to shorten it.Overall, an excellent purchase.

Loved the extra flare this item gave to this otherwise super simple dress. Took a $20 dress and made it worthy to attend a wedding. It was a bit on the larger side. I had to send the first one back and size down. I’m 5”11 and weigh 260. The 1x fit me best. I’d recommend this item.

I actually ordered from another seller first, but that one didn't really fluff up as expected. These were like watching those grow you own... tops you place on water and they expand. These petticoats expanded over a few days and the are so beautiful fluffy. A friend of mine was over the other day and kept paying them bc she couldn't believe their fluffiness.The liner inside is a very cheap material, but the fluffiness puts these over the top.

I wear anywhere between a small and a medium/2-6 depending on the brand (I’m about 38 in hips/30 waist, ish; 5'2 and around 140lbs, depending on the day) and ordered mediums, they’re great. I didn’t find them to be terribly itchy but I did wear stockings. See pictures with (first two) and without (second two).

I didn't realize that this was 2 skirts that you combine to make such a full skirt (like the one shown) but it's really gorgeous and great quality. You do have to fluff for a bit, but it's well worth it. Beautiful red color - I wore it under my Rainbow Brite costume to make the skirt look longer and fuller. I am 5'10 and size 16. I had one skirt be lower than the other to give layers, but you could also make them the same length.

These were great for adding the extra poof to my dress, but I'm super glad I got the two-pack, because just one would definitely have not been enough to get the desired poof-age

I’m a size 22/24 and I got the 2xl and it was perfect! The length was great and the waistband was comfortable the whole night. You could wear it high waisted so the slip didn’t show or lower so it would peek out the bottom of the dress. I got the 2 pack of black and white and I just want to wear them under everything! The slip makes sure the tulle doesn’t scratch you and drive you nuts.
