The only problem I have is the straps on the arm is a lil to tight for me but it fits and holds you in really well

This is THEE product to get if you would like to be snatched. I have a ton of lumps and bumps. I am 5’9 and roughly 200 lbs. I ended up getting a 2x. It is true to size and the most comfortable shareware I have had so far. 10/10 would recommend.

I love this product. It is very well made, good fabric and strong. Since Amazon lets you send everything back i decided to take that chance, so glad i did. I had abdominalplasty, i am 2 weeks post op and need another undergarment. I am a little swollen so i went by the chart. The chart said i was an XL. I had no problem getting it over my hips i guess because i have none but i did have a problem closing it. I had to lay down to do a his and mission was accomplished. This shaper hugs the body well it does not hurt it gives me the comfort and compression i need also helps with posture. I got the one that looks like short shorts but it’s actually panties. The model in the picture probably has no ass that is why it looks like shorts on her. These are not USA sizes i think this is china size perfect for little women. In most cases black girls tend to have more muscle mass then white women so we gonna need that bigger size. You have to go by what the chart says not what you think you wear. I love you the fit so well i bought a second one

This piece is a shapewear staple worth having! It smooths in all the right areas, and doesn't have uncomfortable boning that pokes the heck out of you. The tummy control is real!!! I love it because you can pair it with whatever type of bra you want. It's made of high quality material, so expect it to last forever. I've had mine for a few years, and it's just like new!

i followed the size guide. imabout a 12-14 in pants and i got a large. fits perfectly and is honestly a lot more comfortable than i thought

My measurements are 36-33-36, and I went with an XL. It was relatively easy to put on (there was definitely still some work, I had a belly to contain), and didn’t take more than a few minutes. I tried a few different outfits over it, and was very pleased with the way my lumps and bumps seemed to smooth out and my clothes fell on me in a much nicer way.I don’t think I have advice for how to size when buying it, though I followed the provided size chart and it worked out. I bought the tan bodysuit with the zip up the front and shorts.

This shaper does wonders for a lumpy body! It holds me in better than any shaper I’ve tried. I highly recommend it!

This is made and fits like the spanx. Exact dupe! Highly recommend if you are looking to squeeze your self in to 2 sizes smaller than you are. Once one it’s very comfortable.

This item is greatly made, but I suggest you order a size bigger. I ordered a Large and X-Large (which I wear), and neither fit. Couldn't even pull them on.

5'6 180lbs 36g bra ordered xl. It fits great. Smoothes my bumps and has nice compression. Im glad the crotch clasp is adjustable or it wouldn't have fit.

As the other reviews said, this is incredibly difficult to get on, so i definitely would not recommend sizing down, but once it’s on, it looks so smooth and flattering. I’m so happy.
