If better than expected I'm 5ft 9 191lbs and I could squeeze into a medium if I wanted to but I ordered a large to be save and it was just a little too comfy for a waste trainer but it did take a good 4 inches off my tummy... from behind it look like it took about 10/15 inches off it your looking for comfort stick to the size chart! But if your look for ultimate results go one size down trust me it's worth it! Will add pics before and after later.

I like it a lot more than I thought I would. I normally wear a large or medium in tops (depending on designer), but purchased this in a XL. The XL fits well, smoothing and slimming, but I can still move and the lacey bottom is actually pretty sexy, unlike most shapewear. My stats: 5'9, 170 lbs, 41 -31 -41 (36 across belly button). I purchased a large in the thong no lace style, and I can get into it, but it is very tight and harder to move in.

The adjustable hook crotch is a big plus....I like it better than the open crotch design, but the 3 hook system can take some time so plan accordingly! ;-) Note to the manufacturer, snaps are easier than hooks.

I love this! It really does make a world of difference. Next time I wear it, I will upload photos, because seeing other people's photos were what convinced me to buy it. I bought two, one with a zipper and one without, both medium. I am 5'7 and weigh about 146-150, with most of my 'extra weight' being in my mid-section. I could not even come close to zipping the first one and sent it back.
The one without the zipper is pretty tight.. it takes a little getting used to, but I could breathe okay and it looked amazing so I dealt with it ;)

If you just need to smooth out the 'extras', this is totally worth it.

READ THIS!! I scoured the reviews for this product before I placed my order and there was so much conflicting information that I ended up ordering a medium and a large of the thong shaper with no zippers because I didn't have enough time before my event to make an exchange. I am 5'7 tall and am pretty proportionate when it comes to where I hold my extra weight (just a bit soft all over, 39-30-41 w/ a 33 inseam). I'm so glad I ordered a large! I'm not sure how I would have managed to wear a medium like some other reviews suggested, as the large was a bit of a struggle to get into.This shaper is incredible. Let me repeat: INCREDIBLE! The silhouette created by the shaper was a perfectly smooth hourglass and the thigh openings were generous enough to not create a visible bulge like most other shapewear. After the first wear it seems pretty durable but I wouldn't hesitate to order this again if I wore it out.

Omg. Fits the bomb. Makes Tummy look flat. Great for long torso strap hook in crutch area. I wear 34 in jeans very curvy. 5”7 200 lbs bought xxl. Think I’ll get nude in xl for tighter fit. Best purchase ever. Post pictures later.

WOW. I’m 5’5. 38D bust at 167 today. And wow. I purchased Large/Thong/No Zipper. I have tons of shapewear. All fit different. So I wear different kind for different style clothes I would wear that day.
I read a lot of reviews to help figure out what size to buy. The Large issssss tight and def pulls it all in. I’m Back to try the one with the zipper and not a thong in Large. And another as I just bought but in Extra Large. It has to be easer. One reason I say that is you do not want to put it on crooked. Caz I would never be able to straighten it out. I also will sew down the straps. The one I bought are adjustable and removable. I need the shoulder straps to help pull it up. I bet this will helps w losing weight because of how tight it is. I will feel fuller - Quicker.
This is a great cincher. Shapewear item. Made well. It definitely takes time and wiggling to get on and gives you that hour glass figure once I have it on.
