It took me a few weeks of searching for the right one to wear under a dress for a wedding im attending soon. Im 5.2, 160 lbs, wear medium tee, 10/12 pants. My stature is petite and most of my weight is in my belly, hips/thighs I was really torn between a medium and a large. I picked a Large and i'm glad I did! It compresses and smooths out my mid section without cutting or digging into my back and hips while still feeling very snug & secure . I wanted to feel like I can still sit and move around and I can. I think a medium would have given a more drastic contour but I would have felt suffocated. The thong is what it is so dont buy if you dont wear them, if you want to feel completely comfortable maybe get something with shorts but that wouldnt have worked with my dress so this was the better option for me. All and all I am relieved it works and will probably use it again if i'm forced out of my yoga pants/hoody lifestyle in the future.

It runs a little small so I would recommend going up a size, I’m 5’8 and 192 lbs I ordered the xl I should of gotten a 2x for a better fit. I will be ordering it soon

I ordered a medium after reading the reviews and wish i would have gotten a large. (Im almost 5'10 and weigh 162 lbs which is all in my belly and love handles) i love how this completely smoothed out my muffin top but the boy shorts flattened my butt which wasn't exactly awesome.

Omg I’ve been waist training for years n this is one of the best trainers I’ve used. I’m 5ft3 175 32 waist and 48 hips 34 H in breast I’m very curvy but I have A small frame n this fits comfortable I Purchased a size large It’s very comfortable to work out in however I’m going to order a medium I am already on the last hook. I will use the large for exercising and I will use the medium to train my waist in all day.You would not be disappointed and it doesn’t Bulk in the back. A must get.

I got a XL and it fits perfect. It is true to size. Great to workout in and for just general wear if needed. I love that it has 2 ways to close, zipper and clamps. Would recommend!
