The size was perfect. I got an xl, which is usually what I wear depending on the brand. Only issue I had was the top of the slip rolling up. I almost had to pick it up towards my breast so it would stay in place.

I am 5ft and 32in waist line and I did not follow the sizing guidelines because I thought this is a waist cincher and it is not supposed to fit as what your current waist size is. So I ordered a small and I am glad I did. Obviously I started hooking on the first line and will eventually work further to the next lines. I also have a short torso, so my bra goes beyond the corset, which doesn't really bother me at all. I bought a black one to use for a friend's wedding but I really like this so much I will get one in nude color next time.

This product actually works with proper diet and little exercise!!! My waist is snatched!!!!! At first it's a little uncomfortable but you will eventually get use to it. I don't take it off I use it during all my activities once I'm able to! I started out with the medium now I'm down to a small! Really great 5 stars all the way!

This is everything....I have several waist trainers and this one os BOMB. IT HAS TWENTY SIX STEAL BONES. MADE WELL STURDY, DOES NOT RIDE UP OR BUCKLE, It is very comfortable as it doesnt stab you in peculiar places but it does COMPRESS, and that is no joke. The latex allows you to sweay when working out. And it shapes you in all the right places. No weirs. displaced looking wait line. Get a size down and BEARR IT. if you are serious about waist training. Wear for a couple hours and build up to 8 hours per day.

DISCLAIMER: I received this product for free or at a reduced price in exchange for an honest review. Quick facts: I'm 5'4 ,147 pounds, usually wear a size 7 jeans or a small/medium, I ordered a size small The shipping time was amazing. I got an email saying it was on its way on Monday, today is Wednesday and its here! There's a slight smell upon opening the package but I assume it's from the product being made of latex. The smell went away within a few minutes of taking it out of the packaging. I had my fiancé help me put it on. We started from the bottom and worked up as that seemed to be easiest. He did all the hooks for me but, after the first few I'm confident I'd be able to manage alone. It's not uncomfortable at all once you have it on for 10-15 minutes. I was and to eat some pizza, lounge around the house, and care for my 6 month old daughter with no difficulties. I will mention that this is pretty long. It starts from LITERALLY right under my boobs and goes down onto my hips slightly. This is a good trainer for people with longer torsos for sure and if you're torso isn't long it's still good. I feel this is a great waist trainer for a variety of body types and the price makes it a thousand times better. I will continue to update until I've had this for about a month.
