I love it, it makes your waist noticeably smaller, curvier and it isn't too uncomfortable. (My hubby says it looks like the back brace he uses for lifting heavy items at work, though. lol But he loves the smaller waist I gain from this trainer under my clothes! lol) Over-all I'd say get this one! It's got metal boning, stretches to fit how tight you want, and has STRONG velcro that keeps it in place for as long as you use the item. This fits me true to size. Length - I'm 5ft tall and it goes from hip to under my bust.

I bought my first waist trainer as a L and it was too small for me so I went two sizes up and got an XXL and it fits nicely and it's comfortable!!! I'm currently laying in the bed with it on now about to take a nap.. And it makes my body look so nice and curvy and It also pushes my boobs up n they don't need that because I'm already a 38DD but I'm satisfied !!! I love it and I won't look like the only fat bridesmaid at my brothers wedding :) I have a huge stomach so this definitely conceals it!!!

Exactly what I was looking for! I've seen the wraps like this on Instagram and even with a discount code I was still going to pay $53. I did a lot of looking around and found this to be the best buy and a great price! I'm 5'4 160lbs 6weeks after baby. I bought a Large and it was challenging to get on the first time, but that's the point! The second day was a rad easier to get it on. The purple color is so pretty and I'm looking forward to results!

Fits very well, a string came loose however and upon pulling it, it unraveled the openings to two of the steel bones and they now poke me in the chest and have to be pushed down often.
