I was looking for a waist trainer and this one fits the bill. I ordered a large and wish I had ordered a XL. It fitted only on the first hook and does give you a hour glass figure. Although it is tighter fit , I plan on wearing it for 6 hours a day so see if I can lose some inches of my waist. And once my waist trainer loosen up a little, I will exercise in it. You can wear this as shape wear or for waist training. If you're wearing this under your shirt make sure your shirt is thick enough to hide the hooks in front. I'm 5ft 2inches with a 31 inches waist. The waist trainer is strong and doesn't have a lot stretch in it, which means it will hold you up and not lose it shape. The trainer have bones so it will hold you in. Your posture will look better and it does have you standing straight. It is also good for if you're have back problems. The material is strong and sturdy. This trainer is very well made and smoothen out the stomach area. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family. The price is fair for the quality that you are getting. I highly recommend this trainer for anybody who is looking for a hour figure. I received this free for testing purposes and my opinions are my own.

For the price it's really good. It does run small so definitely go ones sizes up from the measurement chart. I love it doesn't roll up. Not the most comfortable to wear while driving. I use it for back support since I have spine disc issues and it helps a lot.

This product really cinches you in! The length is perfect. I ordered a Large so it would be tight... And boy does it do the job. I look 2 sizes smaller with it on. I am 5' and it covers my whole torso while the latex helps me sweat. Overall, I am super satisfied with this as the price was very reasonable.

Im truly obsessed with this product. I had bought one other one off amazon called Colverie or something like that and I purcahed it for myself around Christmas time of last year but the hooks started loosening and the metal in the trainer started to fall out and I hated that so I ended up throwing it away and will never buy from that user again. But I'm so happy and greatful for this waist trainer because it is amazing and really fits nice. I agree with some of the posts saying its snug but it's a good thing it's snug. Wouldn't you rather it be a little tight than for it to be TOO big? Anyways... I'm Very VERY VERY pleased with this waist trainer and would recommend to anyone. Thanks so much!!

I love the quality of this product but unfortunately this was too small i don't want to return i want to exchange it but theirs no option for exchange =( i can only return it and get a refund but i DON'T want to return it i want to do and exchange of size i need a size large maybe even an extra large... love the quality tho =)
