This belt is so comfortable. I have a 32 waistline with 44 size hips and I purchased a large. This belt doesn't fold upwards. It gives you complete coverage and a smooth look beneath my clothes. Concern, while the zipper goes from top to bottom-it, would stop above my whoha and make it difficult to sit down but it didn't. I am extremely pleased...
Really great material for the price I paid for. I’m a petite girl,, and only weight about 117. Believe it or not I struggled to put this thing on. But man once you get it on you can feel the works. I had another corset that was thin. This works 10x better. I’m new to waist training and I have confidence this is gonna get me the waist I want. It’s tight but breathable. For me it’s tight to where I need it. Co spidering how small I already I am I can’t believe I don’t even reach the second or third row yet! Even your looking for quality without breaking your wallet this is it ! Can’t wait for the results.
I normally wear L. And according to size chart I should’ve ordered XL or XXL. I am in the process of losing weight, however I’m not at my normal size L weight. I went ahead and grabbed XL instead of XXL. It fit like a glove. However, I feel like I should’ve sized down. It’s not tight enough. I am curvy so that might be as to why it’s tricky to pick a size. You won’t be disappointed going with an XL, but if you’re at a true L just get an L because XL will fit you well but not super super tight just comfy tight. I’m also bloated from PMS so... that should give you an idea. Also I’m 5”8.I do love it. Whenever I lose more weight (smaller than normal 12-14 L size) I’ll probably get an M. It’s very forgiving. I have thick thighs too. (I’m referring to the shorts one)So final verdict... grab your usual clothing size. Or size one down even though it says there to size up like 1-2 according to chart.

People say this runs small. They are correct. I normally wear a size LARGE in clothing. I bought this shaper in a 2XL and it fit perfectly. Tight enough that i had to pull it together to zip up. But not too tight that I had to lie down on the bed to zip it up.The shorts bottom does curl up a bit as I walk because the lace part is not quite long enough to get a good grip on your skin. That can be annoying to some. Might want to consider a shaper with longer shorts or no shorts if that will bother you.All in all I like this shaper and would buy it again. It provides a nice firm hold on my flab and jiggles, creating a flattering silhouette.

(Im 150 pounds and 5’8 and i bought a small)Ive bough prevents other waist trainers and this one knocks those out of the park. This waist trainer has bones which gives tons of support and prevents creasing and wrinkles, the quality of the material feels amazing and definitely not cheap, and it overall just looks really good. It helps my posture and makes me back feel better as well. It does leave a bit of a hang over on your upper area but that can be easily hidden with the right sports bra. 10/10 best waist trainer you can get on amazon
You have to expect it will be tight since you are trying to decrease your waist size. Smooths out the tummy, and I enjoy wearing it everyday. With diet and exercise this helps you lose weight too. I feel like it helps you eat less and feel fuller also. Started at a 3xl, now about to get a L. The only thing is if you have some gas it can sort of trap it and be a tiny bit painful. Avoid sodas and things that cause gas when you are wearing it.
