received it quickly and quality is good. I usually wear a 12-14 / L or XL. I'm 5'5, 195 lbs and I got the 2X. I'm pretty thin in the waist line but I'm all hips and thighs. So this size worked for me.

I ordered the 3x about an month ago. This is my first time wearing a waist trainer. It was tight, but after wearing it for about 3 weeks it started loosen up. I'm currently wearing the trainer and plan on ordering the 2x this week. I only have two issues : The puffiness at the top and the hooks started to come a loose form the fabric. I had to re-stitch three of them. So far so good it holding up. I know your probably thinking it was too tight, it wasn't I promise you. The stitching wasn't that great on three of them. I have lower belly fat (kangaroo pouch) that once I pull everything in the top is puffy. I have a short torso and haven't found the perfect waist trainer. Also the back fat was a huge issue until I manage to have my love one pull the waist trainer up as high as he could get it. It's very uncomfortable but its worth it. I wore it like that for about 2 weeks until I noticed a difference. Now my back fat is smaller and hardly noticeable I'm not a healthy eater all the time. I only attend the gym maybe once or twice a week.. My cheat day is every Friday. This one is worth wearing. Just have to do more sit ups until the puffiness is gone. FYI: I'm 5'2 weight 220. I have really bad Lower lumber problems with my back and I attend the gym on the regular out of all the products that I have used in the Past this is the most AMAZING product I have come across today. I wore it in Zumba Lastnight and I was able to do what I have been able to do for two since my back injury from the gym. Oh you can wear it under some clothing that is no to see thru and thin. I have it on under my printed sun dress and you cant tell I have it on. Thank you , Thank you.

This added such BEAUTIFUFL 50's flare to my dresses. Again, so many compliments on this tutu skirt. And VERY comfortable. The whole thing is lined with a satin-like material so it was soft against my skin. I'm 5'2 . It came to just below my knee. Perfect!!

I bought two sizes because I wasn't quite sure what size I would be.. Very happy with this product.. Quality is excellent .. It has three rows of of eyes that you could hook into.. Small .. smaller .. smallest .. So this product can carry you through several inches of of shape.. Comfortable to wear

I'm very happy with my waist trainer , my waist was 30 so I got the large and I've been wearing it everyday. It dosent only being in my waist but helps me sit up straighter. At first it felt awkward to move around in comfortably but you get used to it, other than that I have no complaints
