    Worked perfectly under my tea dress. I'm 5'7, and I ordered a large. I'm twirling in the attached photo... it'seems not that poofy. I wanted to pull it up a little higher, but it was itchy without a second slip underneath if pulled up. I didn't mind it showing a little.

    Kind of tight around the hips and thighs, then again I have a large buttocks. So if you aren't bottom heavy it'll fit just right.

    Garment is very sturdy, holds everything in quite nicely. It does not stretch at all which is good b/c you don't want to be able to get lazy and let your stomach just poke out. With that being said, it will be a little tough to get on but when you finally do it is so worth breaking the sweat (you will probably break a sweat getting it on LOL). Anyway, I am 5'10 and about 200 lbs or so, I purchased in a size 2x/3x. It fit perfect. Photos attached for your reference. Can't go wrong with this garment. It is completely undetectable underneath clothing..... Slay ladies, Slay!

    I'm very pleased with this product, and would definitely buy more in a heart beat (when I have more money to get it of course ha)! On shipping: I was pleased on how quickly it arrived, since I ordered it on a Friday night thinking maybe it'd be delayed and arrive on a Tuesday. But it arrived today (Monday) at noon. On size: I just had my 2nd baby in February and lost some weight but gained it back sadly. And since Ive been exercising when I can, but haven't been feeling like I've had any results... And can't workout as much as I want too I decided to buy this. My measurments are :I'm 5'1, bust 34DDD, and waist on a good day I measured at 36in but off days 38in. I bought the 32in(35-34 natural) and it fit me very well. I hope this helps. As I break it in/season it in more I'll update my review on how it holds up.

    I don't know much about waist training, but I think one might need to be careful. My back hurt really bad for a day or two after just wearing for a few hours. I give it 5 stars though because it really enhances your shape if you already have somewhat of an hour glass figure.

    I love this band! I only use it while I workout to help me keep form as well as keeping my tummy tight. Everytime I go to the gym someone asks, where did I get it from and I give them the link lol.
