    My height is 5'5 I weigh 166lbs. I got a size 3xl and it fit perfectly. I can use the 2ND set of hooks so when i lose weight I will still be able to use the last set of hooks before I have to buy a new trainer.

    Loved it . Couldn't of pulled off my very form fitting dress without it . It was not that uncomfortable . I wore it for at least 8hrs. Could have been a little tighter in lower tummy part, but then again any tighter would make it really hard to get on

    Shipped SUPER fast. Ordered it yesterday morning. I'm 5'7 and 149 lbs at 11 weeks postpartum. This just arrived in the mail today (size L) and it is snug but fit. I'm SO glad I ordered the size I ordered. Great quality, also. I can't wait to look like myself again :)

    I have tried numerous velcro waist trainers and this has to be the absolute best one. It doesn't bunch up like some of the others do and it feels so comfortable. I work in healthcare and on my feet a long time. I have worn this at work and it really makes my back feel so much better and at the same time, waist training. I measured my waist at 28 , went with the medium and it's perfect.
