    It fits good and tight to keep you back straight and your belly in if you have lower belly fat it doesn't cover that as much but it keep the rest of your belly tight amazing to workout with

    It is the perfect solution for people like me who just want to look smoother and slimmer in the midsection. I don't want panty lines and or feel constrained so it works. I'm 5'4 155 lbs average build. I danced all night and was comfortable, I tucked the straps on the shaper in my strapless bra it did not budge. Not ideal if you are trying to sexy with someone at the end of the night though lol.

    It does everything that i want it to do and more. It gives me an hour glass shape. It holds me without feeling like it is crushing me. It even makes me sit with a better posture. The only thing I had an issue with was at first trying to hook all the hooks. That is the only issue I have bit other than that I love it!!! I ordered two of them. I ordered it for my daughter and she is loves it just as much as I do.

    When I first got it I put it up against my waist and thought there is no way I can fit in this but sure enough I just sucked in and pulled and it fit! It's snug but I like that. I went hiking and it was awesome.

    This was my very first. So I really didn't know what to expect. Well. I think you have to adapt to it. It's a trainer!! So you wear it for a few hours until you can wear it longer. Just like exercise. The back curves in because that's my shape..hourglass. Good product

    This waist trainer is awesome. It's sturdy and has held up so far. I have a job where I sit down all day, so I often slouch. This is great for posture improvement and you can actually move around in it without feeling stiff. With some of the trainers I've tried, they seem to give out by the end of the day on day one. This one has not done that at all. I'm really happy with this trainer, and will probably be purchasing other colors/spares. I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest review.
