I love it I have a long torso so I was afraid it would be too small but it fits perfectly and it’s comfortable it feels a little weird just Bc it’s my first day but I can’t wait to be all snatched up 10/10 should order just make sure you probably measure yourself.

I weigh 170lbs and I’m 5’4, my waist is 34inches and my stomach is 38inches so I had gotten a large but I was already fitting at the second hook. Then I ordered a medium and i fit into the first hook. The first couple days it was really tight, but that’s what I wanted. Now it feels good. I can easily wear it around the house for 6-8 hours. Btw I’ve waist trained before so I was use to this feeling but I feel like if it’s your first time ever I would get something that isn’t as tight.

It smelled very bad when it arrived. So i has to wash it before I put it on. But it’s amazing. Get your normal size! I am an XL in most things and I got this in a L and it is tight on the first hook which i was not expecting! So satisfied and it doesn’t roll or fold and I have some serious back rolls! 10/10 great product!

I have had the 25 steel bone waist trainer for a month now and I wear it for 8 hours a day with taking breaks two days a week. I have seen good results and my stomach is actually getting smaller within a week I was able to go down to the second hook and now I am on the third row. I got a size large and I am ready to size down to a medium. I wear mine over a thin tank top so my skin doesn’t get irritated. I am still new to waist training and this is the perfect waist trainer to try it out. I also changed my diet which has helped speed up my results and exercise. I am 5’4 and around 165ish.

I ordered a S and to be honest, I have never been more satisfied with a product a day in my life. Like I’m not even kidding! This thing is AMAZING!!!! :D Only downfall it has on me is even though I ordered a S and the waist is perfect and everything, I would say that lengthwise 11.5in is too long for my body type, my breasts kind of hang over the corset and the corset keeps trying to cover the underneath of my breasts. But other than that EVERYTHING IS AWESOMMMMEEE!!! The comfort is unimaginably supportive and loving towards my body compared to other waist trainers I’ve tried. The material is long lasting material it seems like. Very strong and durable! I’m ordering an XS to have in the future!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! Overall, I’m beyond just happy with both the company and the product! It was delivered early and they took a photo of my package and where it was left whenever they dropped it off so I could find it easier! So caring!!! KEEP MAKING GREAT PRODUCTS!!! I am 5ft 11 inches with a 37 1/2 inch waiste. I love this waiste trainer unfortunately, I had to retur. I am not a fan of the hook and zipper system, it IS VERY GOOD QUALITY AND SUPPORT, but it is cut small. It says for tall females bit I wish they would cut these things to at least a 13 inches from breast to under stomach on the front under vanel button. The price is great for a good quality as this

So far I love the hold and material of this waist trainer. Most people suggest latex but the smell and bend I can’t get with. This is perfect for women like me with short a torso. To give an idea on sizing I am 5’2 and typically wear a size 16/17 with an occasional 14 or 18. Hope that helps.
