  I'm 5'6 and 128lbs. I ordered a small and I was able to get it hooked on the last latch. If I was any bigger, it wouldn't fit. I have a 30 inch waist. I was impressed on how comfortable it is! I don't wear the tightest shirts, but it's undetectable and gives me a natural shape. I love this trainer!

  Love it! I just gave birth a month ago & wanted something to get back in shape with. I was 125lbs postpartum & 5'2 so I got a small. At first it was a struggle to get on but after the second time It was a lot easier. The material feels really durable & looks like I paid a lot more for it. Doesn't feel cheap at all.

  I absolutely love this. I'm 5'9'' and weigh about 175 and wear a size medium/large shirt so I chose the size large and it couldn't be more perfect! It's a snug fit on the first set of hooks but that's what I wanted. I'm excited to see the end results!

  I'm usually a size 6/8 and I opted to get the large because I wanted to be on the tightest setting (and not see any of the eyelets). It fits snug, but isn't uncomfortable, and it looks great. It was exactly what I was looking for.

  This corset does seem like every good quality made. This is the first I've ever owned as I wanted to try corset training. Still in the seasoning stage and a very newbie here. I've read all these reviews(twice :).. lol) until I've made my choice. There were so many mixed reviews so I just went by one that was very similar to mine but yet, I think it's based on an individual still. I have a waist of 38 and I bought the L mesh and it was perfect. A little bit of skin showing in the back, not too much. It was quite hard at first to put on, so definitely a 2 person job. I loosened the back as much as I could then I closed the front, then had hubby tightened the back top first, then bottom, since the tying part is in the middle. After the first try tho, I was able to do it myself using a full body mirror and by feeling the strings(like tightening shoes laces from bottom to top type of way), all I needed was someone to tie it. All in all, I'd Def repurchase another one once I've reach the max tightening for this one. But I'd prob go with a different material as this one ripped in the front on the inside bc the part that helps hold it from side to side is ribbon and it ripped by the third wear. It's still usable, I just don't know how much longer it might last. And since it's mesh, it doesn't really help it much either. I just thought mesh would help my skin breathe a bit better. Still loving my corset though!

  Middle button popped off but it's probably because I thought I was thinner than I actually am lol. However even with the button off, I noticed the corset stretched a bit and finally got my body how I expected it to. Tip: if you really want this tight you will need help.

  This is awesome, I was worried about it compressing so much that I would have muffin top but that was not a problem at all. Definitely not one to wear at night but during the day (not gym) is perfect and it definitely helps if you have posture problems like I tend to.

  It is a great corset, well made and with good material. It came stinky but I washed it with cold water and shampoo and it removed the stink. I am wearing that during the night while I am sleep. During the day if you are moving around at work It won't be comfy. I recommend it.

  Okay first of all, do not over train, start for about 2-4 hours a day the first two weeks and gradually add a few hours. It is okay to sleep in it but some people have trouble. *****if it isn't almost impossible to get on, return it for the correct size****** I absolutely love mine!!!! I don't see any differences from the insanely expensive ones to this. I think the reason it has a 3.9 stars and not a 4.5 or 5 is because people don't know what they're getting themselves into!!!! it KILLS your back. It makes sitting down very uncomfortable and it should not be easy to get on.... At first I thought I might need another size I just COULD NOT get it. But with a lot of might and posture and sucking in I get it, I'm a pro at it now
