  Well constructed, good quality fabric & stitching and definitely holds you in. Does what a waste trainer should do in my opinion. Have it on the largest hooks at present and hope to be able to move down in the future . It's a workout to get into it but once you've got it on - it does a good job :)

  Im a size 13 in the US and I ordered a size XL but I also ordered a size L and it fit perfectly. The only thing is that if you have back fat then it will spill out but you can pull everything to the front just like you do when you put on a bra.

  This is a great product! It's thick and has excellent boning so it does not roll down or up. It also fits true to size. When I use it while working out, I have no choice but to tighten my core. Excellent support!

  I just got my waist trainer the other day, i should have got a size bigger considering my stomach is still loose from having a baby. I am capable of closing every hook even though its a little hard. For the price this is a really nice waist trainer i had already recommended it to a friend. It supports my back very nicely making my posture straight im really hoping this helps with the after affects of having a kid. This will be worn every day.

  this corset is great quality. some ladies wrote bad reviews about the quality but I'm pleased and let's be honest this is not a $200 corset . i'm 5'8 & 180 lbs size 11 (39 inch wiast) I meausure a size xl. reading these reviews makes it hard to guess size but I ordered a medium because I read on orchard corset website if your more than 39 waist you need 10 inches to see results of your below 39 you need 4-6 to see results. I've also read reviews where people close their first corset quickly and have to reorder soon. another tip do not send your corset back before you season it ( fit the corset to your frame ) you can Google this process of your unfamiliar. When I got mine I thought this will never fit but I loosened the strings and with help closed it . to my surprise after seasoning every hour tightening it felt good but not painful. I kept tightening and was still able to move around comfortably. After removing it I measured 38 inches (this may not happen for you ). Know your body if it feels like you can't do it then don't force anyhing but if u feel chanllenged keep going stay motivated. The key is waist training not waist taming your not just squeezing what's there like most shapers but your training your body and posture this is a process. Stay motivated and hydrated to reach your goals . last my torso was a bit long so I had to send mine back to get the long version but I will post reviews once it arrives . happy waist training I hope this helps .

  I love this thing! It looked sooo small at first. Then I got it on with the first row secured. I wore it a couple days. Last night I got it to fit on the next tighter set of hooks! It is great!!!!

  I read the reviews and went with a size larger than my normal size, which was a great idea. If I would have got a small it would have been too small. I guess you could say these run a little small. I have no complaints and love this product! Btw I'm 5'3 and 140lbs of that helps anyone.

  Very nice quality! I read the reviews before I chose this one. I ordered it a size smaller so there would be room to tighten. It up have worked either way that is if I had gotten my exact size as charted because there is plenty of room to expand or tighten! ! Very pleased! Made well.
