I've had this waist trainer for a few months now I weight 120 and I'm 5'2 I chose to go with the xxs because I knew from previous waist trainer your waist Slim's down so this work perfect for me because it has the 3 hooks so I can always adjust it if I feel it's too snug, I wear it 8 hours a day almost everyday I do have one or 2 days off but the material it's strong! And the price was great! Very happy with my buy!

I am a 38 in waist. I ordered a 3XL instead of 4XL after reading the reviews. I will say when I first put it on I was concerned that I barely made the very last/most loose row. After a couple of hours I easily moved to the middle row. Some few hrs after I had to snap the first 3 hooks to the last/smallest row. I can imagine I will easily make the last row by next week. Maybe even faster since I am actively exercising and have dramatic calorie deficits. I started wearing this on my cheat day as well when all of this occurred. Beer and pizza 😬.

I decided to go with this product mainly because of the metal zipper! I've purchased 2 others with nylon zippers and they both broke after wearing sporadically over the course of a couple months. This waist cincer is no joke!!! I almost returned it because I thought it was too small. I am in the process of loosing weight so I figured I would keep it. I initially had to lay down on my bed to hook it like I used to in the 80s in high school to get my Jordache jeans on! I also had to grip the zipper with pliers to pull it up! (instead of a metal coat hanger like in the 80s) But let me tell you, once it is on the thing is AMAZING. It sucks Every in. It also provides amazing support for my lower back which frequently hurts if I walk or stand too much. It is also great material that is breathable. It covers from bra height to a couple inches below the waist band of pants. Definitely measure your abdomen to get the proper size. I believe they run true to size in the size chart.

Perfect size! At first i thought it was too small, but after wearing it for an hour, it just needed to be used and it works great! I wear it under my work uniform for 6-hours and have only used it for 3 days now, and I'm already seeing results. UNBELIEVABLE!! I'm obsessed! Omg, I am in love with it. I ordered it on Monday and received it today (Wednesday). It is definitely very good quality, packaging was nice and it fits amazing! I'm 5'3, give or take 150lbs. I'm pretty curvy, waist is at 33 and I ordered a M, same as my shirt size. I can honestly say, I expected it to be hard to get on especially with the hooks but once I got it on it felt awesome. Its comfortable, not too thick and the material is smooth and breathable. I could have gone with a shorter one though because mines does go all the way down there lol might have to pull my panties over it if I'm not trying to jump around in the bathroom when I have to pee. Overall, I'm very happy with it. I've ordered a couple of waist trainers before and by far this is my favorite. Thank you!

I’m super excited to begin waist training. This is a super solid (but soft) waist trainer. I ordered a small, but my actual waist measurement is 27.5. However, I fit into the first row of hooks with relative ease. Ordering a size smaller may be best, especially if you’re only a half size above the next size down.
