    Honestly I never believed in waist training and dieting until I got this waist trainer I got a size 4xl in January and I’m in a medium now. I’ve tried other waist trainers before they weren’t that great and the kept rolling but listen she holds everything in places don’t she doesn’t budge. I’ve been on the keto diet I workout like probably once a month so if you guys are more committed then I am you’ll get to your goal wayyyy faster!!

    I love this. Literally been wearing it for almost a week (4 days today) and lost 10 pounds! I’ve worn it for 8-9 hours a day and just walked or workout inside for 30 minutes every day and it’s been working! But Ive been dieting. Only drink water during the day, eat light meals (I do broccoli & lettuce wraps [or salad], chicken or fish; with Lots of hot sauce!) at night I make sure to stop eating after 8pm! Been absolutely the best!

    I am 5’4” and 150 pounds. I followed the sizing chart and I purchased the size large. The waist trainer is high quality and fits perfectly. It is long enough to cover my “mom pooch”. It is tight enough, but still comfortable. I have used it walking, doing HIIT workouts, and I have worn it to work. It provides great back support and my lower back pain is improving. It also helps my abdominal area sweat more. I recommend wearing a camisole/thin tank top underneath the waist trainer for added comfort and sweat wicking.

    I LOVE THIS! Just received it in the mail today and it fit perfectly! I measured myself and the measure sizing chart said I’d be a medium, however I ordered an XS and it fits amazing! I’m hoping to see results soon :)

    So prior to purchase I had a latex long torso corset (originally paying $60) that I love. After research I decided to try a steal bone inI a size Med. During my research, I did notice most opting to go with a small, xs, or xxs. I wasn't that brave. So I went with a med. Baby let me tell you this corset is a good buy. 1 day in and I'm already preparing to order my XS. Do yourself a favor and order smaller size and the hook extenders to work your way down.Only Cons: This did give me a backfat bulge that I didn't have with the long torso corset.
