If you haven't you NEED TO GET ONE NOW!!!!!...this is perfect and for the price omg you can't go wrong ..i order Xl and i could go down to a large( i got use to putting it on by my self that's why i would size down but if u can't put it on by your self stick to your size) this can be worn with ANYTHING!!!!!!! and u can't tell that u have it on and it's so comfortable i wear mines the whole day . the only time u will feel a bit off is when u lay in bed but if ur sitting up and moving around u will forget that it's on . DONT 'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THOSE BOUTIQUES this is just as good

This is my first time buying a waist trainer and let me tell you..:this product is excellent.i though it was going to feel uncomfortable and it was going to be hard to put it on(the first time was)but after the first time was easier..I’m 5’2” tall and 200 lb and order a size XL and I fits perfect..

Excellent quality, exactly what I've been looking for. I am 5'2 and other corsets are to long and dig into my back and sides. This one is perfect for my height however is a tad small. Returning and ordering a medium.

I just got my trainer yesterday, and it’s great. I got a size medium and it fits snug on the first hook. I am 5’2/5’3 and weigh 140 pounds. Has no smell like i see some reviews saying. gives me better posture and makes me feel very nice and slim. Feels like nice quality too

Today is my first day waist training. This is exactly what I was looking for! I saw reviews of people complaining about rashes, I think they didn’t wear a tank underneath. I will wear it 2 hours today and add 2 hours each day until I’m up to 8, then wear it 8 hours every day for a month to check results. I will update as I get to the smaller hooks. I got a size large, Rose Latex. I’m 5’5 and weigh 160. My waist size is 35” lower waist 39”.

I love this waist trainer and how it cinch my waist!! The comfort is amazing and it helps with posture also. However, I could have gotten a large (my waist is a 37) instead of an XL because I can put it on the furthest prongs (as tight as it can go).

This came in good packaging and didn’t have a smell to it. I can tell this is made with good quality. I love my waist trainer as soon as I put it on it fit like a glove. I wear mine more than eight hours, normally after I do a workout and to bed. My posture has changed just from wearing this the past week or so. I wash mine every other day by hand and have not been disappointed in it. I also got it in black.
