This is a great trainer. The comments are all true BUT wear a shirt UNDER the trainer. Even like a thin cami because after a week or so of use, the chemicals start to sweat out and it’ll cause a rash. (Cortisone 10 will fix the rash/itch). Also SIZE DOWN! I am 5’8”(200lb), measurements are 36, 31, 46. This trainer does wonderful things to my already extra curvy frame.

I actually read people's reviews about getting a one size lower. So I gave it a shot. Before now I have used so many waist trainers, girdles just name it. After having 3 kids, my last child is 11months. I really need to get bk to shape. To cut the long story, using this Yianna waist trainer for just less than a week now, oh omg my tummy is reduced, am a 35 waist line now and am on the last roll of hook. I used to be a 39 in waist.Am lazy with excercises but I do the little I can so as to help tighten my tummy muscles and if you love doing tummy exercises your good to go. I am definitely going to order a way smaller size soon. Am excited and I hope this helps someone.

So i had order a size 3XL thinking it was to going to be to small so i had to return and get an XL (I am 5’3 weight 196) And the XL fits great. Only thing is i wish it was a little bit more longer on the front since i do have a mommy pound. Other then that it’s great. Highly recommend this waist trainer.

I got the beige 25 steel bones waist trainer in a size small. I’m 5’6 and 180 pounds. This waist trainer is for women who are in the house it gives you results faster and it’s more sturdy less flexible to really suck you in and cinch your waist. I have been waist training for 5 years on and off and it has really transformed my shape and waist. I love how it’s no too uncomfortable but enough discomfort to know it’s getting the job done. I also workout so that adds more to my results.

Don't listen to the sizing chart 100%!If I had followed it I would have ordered a 4XL! My waist measures to be about 34 inches and the XL fit perfect! It was hard to get on at first but once you get it you're good! Its comfortable and helps with posture!

I usually wear size Xl but ordered a L because I wanted it to fit small. Big mistake! I reordered and bought a 2xl because the waist trainer fits small. && I love it!!!! Best waist trainer I’ve owned. Snatches you right up and even comfortable enough to do burpees in. Highly highly recommend.

It’s definitely TRUE TO SIZE , I’m 5’3 140 pounds and got a size medium ! Listen this baby hugs you and keeps your posture very straight ! It also pushed my boobs up so that’s a plus but definitely great purchase ! No rising up and very comfortable after you get use to the “hugging” part lol

I love these slips. I bought the two package deal of the black and white. I bought two dresses from here and they just are not over the top without one of these slips under them. The top is stretchy so I would go down a size. I did. I bought the dress in a 16W but I bought the slips in a medium. I am bigger on the top than the bottom and needed the room in the dress. In the slip, I was afraid it would hang uneven or too much, if I got it in a larger size. I normally would have take a large. The stretch at the top allows it to lay flat against me while not hanging below my dress. So if you are in between a large and med such as I, I would say go down. The bottom of the slip is so cute, so full, and so well made for the price. Like I said, the dress is so cute, but even my husband says the slip is what puts it over the top. He asked me to model it both ways and his remark was. The dress is cute on you but with the slip it is perfect. Nice compliment from a man who knows nothing about these sort of slips. LOL

Yea most definitely the Truth.. I was very skeptical in purchasing but thank God I did I wear this thing everyday at @ work riding the bike etc.. I'ma big girl with a nice size gut (it's BIG NOT TO BIG BUT BIG😂😂) ANYWHO LETS JUST SAY IT FITS LIKE A GLOVE AND IT ENCOURAGE ME TO LOOSE IT CUZ HONEY WITH A FLATTER TUMMY IT GOT THE BOOTY TO STICK OUT.
