I weigh 196” and ordered medium but they were too tight, I ordered large but it still felt like medium size. So I will order xl next time, the quality is the best I have ever seen

Fit is very comfortable and material is durable. I am exchanging for a smaller size. I got a large and feel like I need a medium or small to fit tight. I like mines to be very tight but comfortable. I recommend this item!

I will definitely buy this again if I need to get a smaller size eventually. The look I achieve with this is amazing!!! I need to wear it more routinely but I try to do it at least a couple times a week. Even when you take it off you can see the shape. I have started to noticed slight differences after a month of intermittent usage. I am going to try to be more strict with making sure I'm putting it on and will come back with before and afters.

Im skinny and usually a size XS or S on top and I got XS because I didn’t wanted it to fit me too loose, but had to order a size M cause’ it was too small. So try to get at least 1 size up. Besides that, THE MATERIAL IS GREAT!

I like it but I wish they had a size medium option available when I ordered (Large was the smallest size option) Doesn’t give me that firm hold that I was going for. I don’t have a large stomach I just wanted this to make my waist look snatched. I don’t think a size large accomplished that for me though . I do like the material and the fact that it has a hook at the crotch that you could undo to use the rest room. The shape wear came with a strong smell. I have to wash it before I use it. I give 5 stars because if it was my size it would have been perfect.

I had this item for over a year and wear it during the week while i work. It is amazing! I’ve lost so much belly fat and have KEPT it off. My belly is flat! I ordered a SM last year & have now quit wearing it because it’s not tight enough - I need an XS, haaay!!!
