I am 220 pounds 5 5 1/2 and knew I wanted something that was going to actually train and shape my waist. I purchased the large as I knew it was going to be completely fitted and hopefully she what I was expecting. I did require assistance putting it on as it is really a taut fit. I wear It on the second attachment and have worn it for almost 20 hours. You can see the difference it makes based on the pictures this is only my second day wearing but it ha been comfortable

AWESOME SHAPE WEAR!!! my size is 240lbs 5’7” and (I ordered the 3XL) I’m usually a 2XL and it was NOT too complicated getting into! Once over the thigh and buttocks the rest is a cinch it hold everything in place and gives you a more Smooth finish look I’m already by nature a hour glass figured woman but this added the extra umph! So order up one size!

I ordered the one with zipper, but it still have few books which I like it. The size is perfectly fit. Size chart is very accurate. I wear this for my aerobic dance. It can help me tight my belly and increase my core temperature during exercise.

This is surprisingly well made. The price was very good. It's not super comfortable, but it's not uncomfortable either. It does what it's supposed to, doesn't show under my clothes and makes my midsection look more trim. Honestly, I'm satisfied with it for the price.
