Firat time I put this on had a hard time getting it on cause it was so tight. After wearing it for 4 hours it was hurting me so took it off. Second day it wasnt as bad it was actully getting easier to put on and worked out in it just fine. Today is third day wear it at work for 8 hours and waist trainer got easier to put on without having any troubles and felt great to wear. So far I like the product just wish it didnt roll down in back so much.

I have tried this kind of product before and they were either cheaply made or just didn’t work. This product is comfortable to wear and you can’t even notice it under your clothes plus it works. When I first got this sauna vest it did have a chemical like smell I washed it and had no more issues. I do feel like it aids with maximizing the sweat in my mid section during my workouts.
