Love my vest. Im 5'2 235 lbs. I ordered a 5x. I walk everyday and a month later I just ordered a size 4x so i would say it works!

I have used it 3 times and love it! I have one small sweat belt but this thing really helps my back sweat and around my chest area. I love the fact that i can wear it as a sports bra, as it is supportive enough to do so. I am a 42DD and i have a 36 inch waist, i ordered a 2x and it fits nice now, but as i lose weight (hopefully) I will have to buy a size down. Overall, I love it. I wear a tank top under it so my skin doesn't break out (i have ezcema/sensitive skin). Definitely recommend!

Let me just start by saying I've tried MANY waist training including Keyshia Ki'oir ($100) waist trainer and I can say by far this is the BEST I've ever had. It fits amazing! snug but comfortable, the material is great and I can ebem wear it under my clothes without it being noticed. and as a bonus it really gives me that hour glass shape. Only con is, be careful I've gotten my stomach skin caught it the zipper a few times and OUCH!! its painful. Overall very very very satisfied. I plan on ordering another as a back up :)

I'm 5'3 n weigh 165 I bought a XL n luv it. Fits perfect but should of bought large it is at the very first notch n cant go any tighter. The bonning does bother sum when seated n adjust panties to help not dig in my thighs. This by far is best one n comfy I have found n feel very well supported n looks great besides bonning. Def going to size down now that I have been wearing it.

I have 3 waist trainers but this is by far my favorite. Short girls out there know how hard is to find the perfect one. I’m 5’1 so WT’s usually poke my breasts or go all the way down my by hips. Not this one. Also great breathable material. I got a Small not so tight that I can’t breathe. Very comfortable. This is perfect for short girls. I’m so glad I’ve found this!!

The waist trainer fits great! I got a large (I'm 5'4, 190lbs.). It started on the third ring and after two weeks of wear I'm already on the first! I would say that it does begin to bend after a while.
