    so Before i purchased this item i bought a size XXL for my postpartum belly pouch, and within 1 month of using it I went down to the first row it was too big, so i decided to skip the XL and got for the L and it was the best thing i could have ever done. yes it a little snug (but it wouldn't be a waist trainer if it wasn't) it makes my waist appear very snatched and makes me sit up straight with no issues. I've waist trained all my life since i was 15 because i would use it for the gym, now being 20y and just recently have given birth to a beautiful i thought i would never get my body back i used to be a size Small. and soon with this waist trainer ill be own to a M in one month. Best waist trainer i have ever bought on amazon!!

    This waist trainer isn’t too bad! Does what it says it’ll do. I ordered a 2X the chart said I was supposed to be a 3X. The 2X fits but it’s already on the last row. So I won’t be able to wear it long before having to get a smaller one. I might have been able to get away with a XL. Overall, material is thick and it’s long enough to cover a pouch if you’ve got one.
