I love this trainer! I'm about 5 foot 2 maybe 110 pounds. I purchased the x-small (25 steel bone) I was wanting more shape to my figure. This trainer is well made, hasn't rolled up on me once and I highly recommend it. My only complaint is that it doesn't come smaller than an x-small. Oh and if you are taller than me I wouldn't go for the short torso it will probably to short for you.

THIS is a TRUE corset with durable, fixed steel boning and heavy duty, thick lacing. Bought a medium for me (27 waist, 38 hips) and a large for sister (30 waist, 41 hips). Perfect fit! I wish it came in every color!

It stays put, doesnt slide up or down. The straps are removable but I like to wear them. The crotch opens up but I wear it open or it rides up too much. One of the snaps under the zipper broke my first time putting it on but it still works and fits properly.

I used this to work out. I got an xl and it fits perfectly. I fit a medium shirt regular or large on shirts that run small. This vest helps me burn fat.

Very nice and comfortable waist trainer. The sizing is right, if you wear size M go for 2 XL. Does not irritate skin, the material is soft and smooth! I recommend the product, the quality is very good!

Fits just great. The zipper is strong to give me support. I sweat while wearing it and usually put a shirt on over it to help motivate my body to warm up. The Velcro is secure and it stays in place around my waist. Came quickly and is affordable.

Ok so this is literally my 6th shaper purchase and I've returned 5 but this one is a keeper. Im sure of you're a semi plus girl such as myself to find anything that will snatch your waist would be somewhat difficult to get up and over the thigh/hip area one of the reasons I wanted a thong (there isnt much to pull up over and adjust and also doesnt flatten my buttox). I love thats it's a bodysuit that prevents it from rolling down (I havent found one that doesnt IDK what they advertise) and it also smoothes the upper parts of my back and underarm area that oten buldges out underneath the bra area (no need to have my waist snatched and everything else at large) I dont feel uncomfortable at all even in crotch or thong area. Only slight restriction where my gut is usually free to hang and roam about. I was looking for something to wear daily that isnt noticable underneath my clothes (lets me go to the restroom w/o complications) and also to assist with waist trainning (still unsure if that's a myth or not) and I believe this is it I will say that the hip area rolls/rides up a bit but its nothing uncomfy so far but I am very hippy so unsure of that can be helped also unsure if that can be adjusted without causing discomfort in other areas. I am going to give this one a go round and see how it hold up if anything changes I will update but as of now I look forward to ordering another and especially ad I continue to lose weight and inches. Ordered XXL I usually wear about a 16 womans clothing.

Best waist trainer I’ve ordered ! My waist measurement is 33-34 inches. I ended up purchasing the medium because I personally like the tight fit opposed to a more loose or regular feeling trainer . If you end up buying a smaller size then the recommended, just be patient putting it on . Can’t wait to start wearing it all day !
