I love this waist trainer you can wear it under clothing. The inches are very small so I ordered a 2x and it fits like a large to me. I recommend going 2 sized up unless your waist is already small go up 1 size .. I’ll probably be ordering a smaller one soon.

I’m 4’8, 130lbs, 32-33inch waist. I ordered a large and was able to wear it on the last hook with ease immediately after having a heavy carb diner. I’ll be returning and getting a med/small because I want to be able to move but also feel as if I’m wearing a girdle. I have a really small torso and this fit amazing, no back spill and it doesn’t stab under your breast, or dig into pelvis.

I am 5’5 150lb I bought a medium and it fits perfectly. I can actually stretch and work out in it, it’s long enough to fit over that little fat pocket at the bottom of your stomach. I love it best one I’ve ever bought highly recommend.

I LOVE this thing! I have a long torso and I am 5’2” and 148. I have an athletic build with my waste measuring 28 in. and hip is 40 in. I bought a small because I wanted a snug fit and this is perfect. In my experience I know that these types of trainers stretch a bit especially if you’re working out. Also LOVE that it fits from under bust down to my hips.

I am 5'5 and 206lbs. I purchased a XL without the zipper. It's a bit hard to get into but once I have it on it's amazing. I am 5weeks post c section. I think the XL was the perfect size. I am very happy with this purchase.

I LOVE this waist trainer. I purchased the 25 steel boned nude trainer. It combines the best parts of both the latex and traditional steel bone corset. It gives great back alignment and it really hold everything in. I have been waist training since 2014ish and this one has to be the BEST cincher I’ve ever had. I really am excited for results to begin to show. It’s always so fast with 25 bones.

This product works amazing let me tell you. I originally bought the size small but I got to the third hook pretty quick so I went back for an XS and it’s exactly what I wanted. After a week it already fits loose on me, I’m 5’2 and 120 lbs and the short torso fits me perfect!

I’ve heard good things about corset waist trainers. I wasn’t sure if I’d like it. But I’m beyond impressed. I got the zip up one to avoid all of the hooks. But there were a few hooks you need to do before zipping up. Otherwise I’m I like my purchase

This is one of the best waist trainers I've purchased. It came sooner than expected, it's exactly as described, durable material and great value for cost. I have it on the tightest row, I'm 5'7 and 145lbs. I ordered a small but should have gotten an XS, I prefer my waist trainers to fit very tightly, however the adjustable strap allows me to tighten a bit more. Will definitely purchase again when I'm ready to go down a size.

I’m happy I ordered the correct size (XL)! Being a mom who had a c section it fits perfect . I’m glad it covers everything. Just a heads up It feels comfortable when u have on high waisted jeans not skinny jeans. I can’t wait to use it when I go to the gym!!!
