    Overall I am really pleased. After 3 kids, and a bit drinking, things are a little looser (read flabby) than I would like I'm 5'2 122lbs and typically wear a size small shirt, 0/2 pants, 4 dress. I ordered an extra small, wanting to suck it all in... couldn't even get it over my hips, so I returned and ordered a medium, not wanting the small to be too tight as well. The medium fits great! It's tight enough to tone my problem spots, without being so right I can't breath, sit, etc. Maybe after losing a couple pounds and tightening up, a small will fit perfect!

    So Ive been training with a work out trainer for a few weeks and he suggested this product bc believe it or not, HE WEARS ONE TOO! Yes you heard that right! I didn’t think he did but he said that he really believes in them and that he has had one for over two years that he has been wearing consistently and he loves it. He says that he tries to get all his clients to wear it at least five hours a day and so today was my first day wearing the waist trainer and I thought it was going to be a painful experience but it wasnt bad at all! Now don’t get me wrong I couldn’t breathe as I usually breathe without one but that is the point of a waist trainer you cannot take a deep breath but it causes you to have to breathe shallow while keeping everything abdominal wise intact and tight. He had to help me put it on the first time but I practiced today and I was able to put it on myself which was an accomplishment because it is hard the first time to put on it being a new waist trainer and all. He had to help me put it on the first time but I practiced and i got it on myself. I bought a medium because you are meant to get a size smaller than you usually are so that it is tight. I usually buy large everything. It is hard to get on the first time but once you get the used to it it will get easier. I did sweat like a crazy person today more than usual so i can see how this product can have potential to make your waist snatched! I have a short torso so it being a short torso waist trainer I thought it would not fit but it fit perfectly and so I am very happy with this purchase. It is very well-made and a super great price and yes I would buy again if I had to. If you are looking for a waist trainer and you have a super short torso this is definitely a good product to invest in because it is comfortable and it fits well it is made well and I think you will be happy with it.
