It is by far the most comfortable belt I've tried. The only downside is that the velcro maybe rubs uncomfortably against the skin,so it's necessary to wear a tank top under it.But apart from that, everything is perfect.

This product showed up on time and was exactly as described I followed some of the other recommendations in ordered a size down generally in clothing tops on the medium my brawl sizes A36D and 5' 5 and a 146 pounds the length is perfect it's made very well the clasps are great quality and extremely sturdy super comfortable on I ordered a size small it took a few minutes to get on but it feels incredible and have it on the loosest setting now hoping to work my way down to the tighter ones but I feel like a medium would have been too large it feels wonderful on
