I bought this to wear during the day to keep me from curving my spine and stop the back pain of degenerative disc disease. It reminds me to keep my back straight at all times. My back feels so good when wearing it. And it feels stronger for hours after I take it off. The added benefit is that it is training my waist and the side bulges are disappearing. I love this product. It is doing exactly what I was hoping it would do for my back and posture.

So I'm 5'9 and thick..my waist is around 38 .I bought the medium - the thong style..honestly I chanced it..after reading the reviews..and I'm glad I did.so it's a bit tough to get on ...the zipper is hell together up but when you do it's snatched heaven...it holds Everything in perfectly and does not push up your back fat like others do if your worried..if u sized up u would not get that look u want. Best shapewear ever...!!!

This waist trainer is perfect for us short ladies. I am 4'11, 145lbs and I ordered a Medium. A little tough putting on but once it's on you can wear it comfortably all day. Flattens my tummy so nicely.

Kind of a workout to get on at first but once it’s on it’s worth it. Does it’s job and nobody can tell your wearing it. Only complaint is that it could be a little longer but I heard you can buy extenders for it? I ordered a large and I’m 165lbs 5’5” I would size up if you want to be in it for more than a few hours just for the sake of being comfortable.
