Omg this is my new favorite thing but also, prepare yourself to be squeezed! Next time I will probably get the one with zipper because pulling it up and down is a workout in itself. But it does exactly what it’s supposed to, and honestly helps my posture too. I’m 5’7, 160 lbs and got a size medium and it fits like a glove.

If your like me and need more pressure and like to get results fast. This is a great trainer to start with. The bones are great and it sits right on me since I have a pretty small torso. Will definitely be buying again shortly.
