Started off with the XS, have now purchased the xxs! Ive lost a little more than an inch of my waist, But you are able to see I now have curves (DID NOT HAVE A WAIST BEFORE) Its been a little over two months but i do wear it 5x a week for 12-15 Hours a day! If you wear it enough it'll work.

So I read a lot of reviews before deciding on this waist cincher. I wanted something that would really make my waist smaller. This particular product truly brings you in. I’m new to this so I have yet to really stick to the program but it definitely pushes everything in. I’m a size medium in T-shirt’s and the size guide recommended an XL but since I really wanted it to cinch I purchased a medium. Hard to clasp but if you lay down and start from the bottom then it’s easy as pie.

I am so happy with this petticoat. I am curvy, and like the smooth drop around the hip and the puffy organza below - I don't need more puffiness to my middle area. Lol Follow the product size chart: I ordered a medium. I wear 8-10 in pants; I have a 40 hip.

This item is made out of like a latex material, it does what it needs to. I do suggest to go from the lowest to the highest restriction I suppose. Mainly bc your body has to get used to it being wrapped up. Also it takes awhile to get on and take off, I wouldn’t try to put it on in a rush. Slimmed me down a bit as well. Also talk to doctor if there’s any hurting or something along those lines. Other than that! I 100% am with this, loved it, came within a time span of a week. It’s so good my sister stole it from me..haha. Ha.

Gave birth 6 weeks ago and I was using this other waist trainer to hold everything back in place but it was too bulky to wear under clothes. This one is perfect to wear under clothing and creates the illusion that I'm thin. For reference this waist trainer is a size medium and I'm 5'4 and 135 pounds, I wear medium to large clothing.
