This really sucked me in. I’m 150lbs and 5’2, I have a pouch from 2 children. I brought a large and it fit perfectly. A little hard to get on but manageable. Wish it was just a tad bit more seamless.

This is one of the best waist trainer ever.it is so comfortable. That I wear it the whole day and night with out taking it off and it doesn't show under clothes. I highly recommend this product. I am using it as my postpartum waist trainer.Currently using a size M, and I weigh 180pounds. but I will purchase a small as my tummy goes down.

It's a bit tight, which is what I expected. A little hard to get on and off. Once it stretches out a bit it will be fine. This is my second one purchased, but the next smallest size, helping with my weight loss and support for my back. It would be nice if there were some type of tool to help stretch and hook the closures or unhook them. But eventually I'm sure it will fit nice and I'll be able to move it tighter again.

Material is very smooth and soft, stretches. I wear 12 and I ordered 2xl. I am full figured, but it fit great and smooth material, minimize any belly rolls.

Perfect length and size. From L I went to S in 3-4 weeks. It does shape nicely. The only downside is the strong chemical smell, took 3 washes to illuminate the smell. Other wise fast delivery, good quality. Overall very happy with this purchase.

The Customer Service was amazing I order a size that was too small n so I returned it they quickly got back to me when I asked to exchange it for a larger size I got the small 32-34 the quality is fantastic the fit perfect for shrinking my waist a couple more inches it stays flat under clothes I love it!!!

You want to sweat? Wear this. I have used this a couple times(when i am not feeling lazy to workout.) I got on my rower with this thing on and I had sweat everywhere. This also helps with strapping your girls down. So you can definitely do some jumping jacks and not have to worry about getting a black eye! Also helps with that figure. Always good to have that hourglass shape (:
