I have been wanting one of these forever and I finally took the plunge. This waist trainer is breathable and it does really make you feel much slimmer. It was difficult to hook at first but if you lay down you can get it on the first hook. I got large and I am 5'4 and 150 pounds and it only reaches the first hook. The only thing I hate is that it pushes the backfat very up so it's much more pronounced but that's because I have large breasts and a larger back. Otherwise, it's easy to wear around the house and out and about.

It's not too scratchy!! you're protected by an inner layer. This is as nice as the super expensive crinolines I would wear in high school (Saturday night dances = petticoats in the South!!) It's perfect length for my Minnie Mouse costume. Oh - for the record, I bought the plus size. I was very comfortable, it didn't bind on me one bit.

I usually wear an xl and purchased a 3x, it fit perfectly. This is a quality item with thick material and a heavy zipper. Instead of being pinched and uncomfortable I feel shapely. The leg holes dont pinch and the lace edging gives it a sexy look. I took a gamble since it was prime with nothing to lose, I'm glad I did. Sending 2 other products back and keeping this one.

One of the best waist trainers I have found! Excellent quality, very comfortable even after a long period of wear. ONLY downfall is the size chart runs big. Originally got a small and had to return for an x-small. Wearing it on the tightest row already. Would be nice for an xx-small to be available. [5'5, 118 lbs., long torso]

Good girdle. Very sturdy and construction seems well made. Was surprised that it is actually made of rubber. Love that it has a lot of boning. It certainly helps correct posture. Will see how it holds up through wear and tear.

I’m so glad I got a medium. My measurements are 36-28-43 and a weight 155 at 5 feet tall. The hardest part was putting it on. It is well put together and i look great!
