    I love it! I ordered it according to waist size listed on their sizing chart and it turned out to be too small. That said, I am keeping it because it is so well made. I have lost significant weight (70 pounds) in the last year so hopefully it will fit me soon.

    Great waist trainer. The bonds in the back bend a little but still functional. I have never had one that didn't bend in the back. This one really does keep you cooler . I had little to no sweating. That being said I'm wearing it during the day more for the look than waist thinning.

    I’m 224 pounds & 5 7” I purchased a XXL . Anddddd let me tell you ! There’s no wiggle room whatsoever took me a good 10 mins to get into but once it was on it was worth the sweat ! I love that it comes with hooks and a zipper ! Not enough stars to vote this Edited - Also for those who have long torso use bra extender for the crotch area !!!! YOUR WELCOME

    I ordered this item in in two sizes not sure how they would fit. I must say that I love how this trainer holds me. The responsiveness of the seller was quick and I received it in no time. Not only that the price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend!!!

    Make sure you size up. I am normally an XL or 1x. I got a four x and it is still tight (it's supposed to be) so once you win the fight and get it snapped up, you suddenly have an axonb figure. It is not the most uncomfortable either. I'd recommend it.
