I ordered this waist trainer about 2 months ago and I’ve been wearing it off and on since then. For the past three weeks I’ve been wearing it constantly and I can say that it does work. I have purchased several waist trainers over time and none of them work as good as this one. It doesn’t roll up in the back, the sizing is accurate, and it’s extremely affordable. I would recommend this product to anyone who me looking for a waist trainer to wear daily and also while working out.

I just received this yesteday, I wore it today, so far I love it!! Slimmed me almost instantly, im only wearing on the first set of hooks which is what i wanted and gradually work to the third set. An added bonus ladies it looked like i got an instant breast lift, so it was good for small breasted woman as myself. So sizing...i'm 5'9 in. 230 lbs more stomach and hips i ordered the 3x and it was perfect. Will give and update in a week or two. Best of luck!!

I absolutely loved it ! It helps sweat!’very snug, especially around the Breast area. Even if your a medium, if you have D cup boobs get large. It still fits around the stomach area real snug ! I have been using this product with a waist trainer and got cream, plastic wrap while working out . So I can’t say how it works alone . But combined with a decent workout and beautifully
