    I went from the first hooks for 3 weeks with exercise and eating right to the second hooks within the next two weeks as the same as the first week of routines. I am not on the third hook and I am on my almost 2 an a half month period. I exercise daily. I only use the shaper at night. I sleep with it. I am excited to say I am almost ready to order a size smaller now. I ordered an XXL.

    Runs way to small, I'm 4'11 and weigh 130 and Medium and Small were way to SMALL. Ordered a size large and that fit way better. Quality is nice.

    Cut way too small. I wear a 14/16 and purchased a XL which is cut about 4 sizes too small with limited stretch because the material is so thick. Love the quality

    The first thing I notice about this product is that it supports good posture, and as a result less back pain. I wore mine all day with no problems. I believe this is a great product, I will be looking for one a little smoother to wear under form fitting gowns

    It fits great. And the quality of the vest is awesome and its comfortable. I love it!!!! I got a 5xl because they run small but it still fits me.

    My current weight is 317 and I ordered the largest size available which is the 5xl. I was know there was chance it would be a little snug when I got it but also know over time that wouldn't be the case when I lost weight. It as expected and have no regrets ordering. The only complaint is the zipper tends to get stuck every now and then but after working with it, its fine.

    I have had mine for a week and a half now. I ordered the large, already ordering a medium today, I have been using a firiming cream under it when it put it on in the morning, and I take it off and reapply the cream mid afternoon. I have already lost 2 inches. I don’t think I could have wore a medium right off. So I don’t consider it a wasted cause. I am 5ft 5 weigh 163 lbs. it is a touch short for my torso, so I will double up and wear my large on top of the medium, once I receive it. Because I do get a pretty bad back bulge, just to smooth it all out. I carry all my weight in my tummy, and thighs. I am looking forward to seeing where I am at a month! I wear it 8 hours a day at a minimum, except on saturday. Great quality no issues. I will update this review! I am a review in a couple more weeks addict when I buy purchases like this! Just hope I can help someone else

    I love it! It fits as expected! I got a large. I measured 32.5 around and I'm 5'2 and 152 lbs. My stomach is pretty much flat already but just needs a little work. I have wore it all week to work and it doesn't roll up/down or anything! It's really comfortable! I like the material of it. Good packaging. Came in a plastic bag that I can use again to store it when Im not wearing it. When I get to the 3rd row I'll purchase another one but one size down.

    I was hesitant to order this because I have purchased really expensive ones and they are really uncomfortable. I am pleasantly surprised that it is very comfortable, flexible and of good quality material. It doesn’t roll up or slide; it stays in place. I am 4 11 and weight 117, size 4 in clothes. I ordered the size 4 and after a week, I am on the tightest hooks. I am not sure if it stretches or if my waist is smaller. I wish I ordered the size 2. I suggest you use a tank top under so it is eveymore more comfortable.
