    The fit is perfect and is very comfortable, I’m 225 and got the XXL and it fits wonderful. Have not used it yet so I don’t have a performance review at the moment. But I’m happy so far.

    It fits a bit snug so if your a medium, I would suggest getting the next size up. I do love the material and the product is of great quality. It will shrink your waistline for sure.

    I got a large and love it. after wearing it only 1 day for 3 hours while I went on my bike ride I took it off and saw immediate results. I've been waist training now for 2 months and started with an XL. of course results come with diet and exercise.

    I’m 5’5 with a bust size B-32, pant size 3 and weight about 128 pounds, to give you an idea of my metrics. I ordered the xxs, per, the advice to order 2 sizes smaller than you’re actually size. It’s a much nicer material than I expected!! I have no complaints!! The only thing I would add is, I wish the “hooks” were a little more sturdy and I wish they were actually slip hooks but over all I love it!! Can’t wait to see the results :) until then, I love how it helps my posture and I like having the extra support.

This is the top off then all. i use at the gym during my workout, it feels great on my back and is very comfortable to wear giving great support and the hour glass shape that i am looking for. also there is no fuzz to put on and take off. going to order my second one in different color.

    It took some time to get on but I got it. It has been helping me sit up straight. I could barely get to the first hooks but after 4 days I went to the second set. I'm really happy with this. I know i will get my next size down from here.

    Very well built! Very sturdy however I read through the comments and people said buy 1 size smaller then posted I measured at 34 and bought a large...i think I should have got a xl the modesty panel has about 4 to 5 inches of open area in the back an that's just for seasoning it I will probably be in this one for a while. I do wish it was a bit longer I have a long torso! Id recommend this to anyone!
