This waist training vest is the absolute best!!! I am 5'10 and at 172 lbs. I ordered an extra large. My normal size is a large. A XXL would have been too big and would not have serve the purpose. It is designed to be worn close to the body. I wore the vest when I was out walking and when I returned home, my shirt was soaked to the end. It is best to wear a t-shirt under the vest for comfort sake and to wick off the sweat. I am very pleased and saw some results from it. This is the very first produce of this kind that I can say it actually works.

I measured myself and looked at the size chart and decided to go up one! And I’m glad I did. Fits perfect! I wear this when I go walking and it burns. I swear a lot with this and I just love it!

Love it! It fits perfect, you can breathe and move, the small holes gives you confort because you aren’t sweating or smelly! And when yo wash it the fabric doesn’t keep the odor of sweating as other sport clothes.

Recommended to so many people already and they love it too! Definitely time for a smaller size! Fits like a glove and so comfortable... of course it’s a little pressure but duh that’s what it’s for! Love it thank you!!

I usually don’t write reviews but I HAD to for this product! I was very satisfied. I ordered an xl and it fit me so perfectly! I don’t think I’ve ever had a waist corset that fit this well actually ( in all honesty). And once I wore it’s so comfortable to sit in and my breathing wasn’t that much affected. Could definitely exercise in this.

Really great quality, more than I expected for the price, was just a tiny bit too small for me but I have a different waist to hip ratio which caused the smaller size to ride up.

Arrived within 4 days, fits like how I expected it to although I’ll provably have to go down a size since I can already clip the second hook after only a week. It’s pretty comfortable compared to other waist trainers and I usually wear it 4-6hrs a day.

It is a little too big on me as far as length goes- and I don't feel like its tight enough to really make a huge difference as far as the shape of my stomach. I feel like I'm going to need to order an xs soon. (5'4 130 lbs) but it was so inexpensive so I still give it 5 stars! quality product all around This is the most comfortable waist trainer ever, and it helps my posture so much. I'm a house keeper and I do a lot of bending so usually my back hurts at the end of the day, but after wearing this all day at work I felt fine.
