I didn't know what to expect, it was hard to put on the first time but after that it became very easy. It definitely holds you, but it allows for you to move around. I was surprised by how strong the material and hooks are. Will definitely get a second one

The product is great. No problems there. But I never should’ve listened to the reviews telling me to order a size up. Maybe too many people weren’t being realistic about their size. I initially was going to order a Small. I am a pretty small person. I am 22yrs old, 5’6”, and a fit 145lbs, I wear a size 4/6 jeans because my hips and butt. I wrongfully ordered a Medium. The clasps are hard to fasten but that’s just how corsets are. It’s SUPPOSED to be kind of hard to fasten. I can loop the first row relatively easy. Second row is a tiny bit harder and offers slight compression. The third row was somewhat difficult but I got it after the second day of wearing it. It’s tight, no argument there. Just not “corset tight.” Still unsure if I’ll get the results we are all looking for with this size as the compression may not be significant enough. I have the purple and it’s so cute, high quality, thick, makes me sweat slightly, and has bones which is a must. I love it, just wish I went with my gut and bought the Small so it would last longer as I would start on the first row of hooks and slowly work down, instead of being able to race to the third row with this medium. Hopefully this review will give you an idea of which size is best for you based on how similar or different you are from my dimensions. **Just don’t think it’s too small because you can’t loop it up in 15 seconds. It takes time! IF you are corset training to decrease the size of your waist, of course. If you just want to be really sucked in but you’re not actually waist training, maybe do order the size up**

A couple years ago I bought a different kind of waist trainer from the same company that wasn’t the breathable kind and even though I loved it I just simply could not breathe in it therefore I couldn’t sit in it or even stand having it on for a while. Recently I gained some weight, and I just decided 2 weeks ago that I’m done being big so I’m getting back into my fitness, and I just tried on the black breathable waist trainer today and I must say, IT IS SO COMFORTABLE!!! I’m in love to say the least, I will be sleeping with it on tonight and using it for my workout tomorrow morning!

I was very anxious and could not wait for this to come in. It took about a week two get here, with standard shipping, and as soon as it did I put it on. It’s a little too small but I managed to squeeze into it, which is my own fault for I did not measure myself just guessed. I absolutely love this product. It is made of good material, and is sturdy and trust worthy. To anyone who wishes to buy this product, I definitely recommend. The photo is a picture of me wearing the product
