    I weigh 148 and Medium fit well. Large Lil loose. Live this product. I have 5 of these in 3 large 2 medium .... Will order again as I get smaller. If you can't breathe in what u order, go next size up... It's too small. Should fit snug, but comfy with no rolls bulging out. JS.

    Fits according to size chart. It does make you sweat more. The zipper is a little difficult to zip. It doesn't get stuck, you just have to pull the two flaps into alignment.

    Feels like really good quality. Heavy and durable. The bones bend when you sit, but it's a good reminder to sit tall. I'm 5'3 and about 155 lbs and ordered a medium. It was ROUGH getting into the first time, but that's to be expected. So far I like it, it's gonna be hard to get used to though.

    I love this! It really does make a world of difference. Next time I wear it, I will upload photos, because seeing other people's photos were what convinced me to buy it. I bought two, one with a zipper and one without, both medium. I am 5'7 and weigh about 146-150, with most of my 'extra weight' being in my mid-section. I could not even come close to zipping the first one and sent it back. The one without the zipper is pretty tight.. it takes a little getting used to, but I could breathe okay and it looked amazing so I dealt with it ;) If you just need to smooth out the 'extras', this is totally worth it.

    I've had it for a couple days and so far I really like it. The material is very nice, especially for the price. I love the hooks because zippers are unreliable and always seem to break. The torso is definitely long enough for me... I have a pretty long torso too. I'm 5'8, 123 pounds, and I got an extra small. It fits perfectly.

    This is a review of it right out the box. I’m going to make another review in two months or a month from now. Whenever I need to get a smaller size. So, this product fit very comfortably. I put it on the first set of hooks and it was just too comfortable. So I put it on the second hook and it felt perfect. It is a little short than I expected, but I have a small torso, so it’s covered well. I used to work out frequently and I never had curves. As you can see, I stopped working out, but I recently started back. So this waist trainer and working out should do wonders for me.

    This is great! It's well made, sturdy. The clasps stay clasped, didn't break off. It's snug, but also allows for easy breathing. I'm typically a large (5'8 , 160lbs) so I got a medium. It's tight but it's supposed to be. I start buttoning at the bottom and work my way up, I find it to be easier to put on. P.S. - I'm a tattoo artist and my lower back is always in pain. This really helps with my posture in turn relieving the pain in my back. Also, I look kind of hot in this.
