    WOW. I’m 5’5. 38D bust at 167 today. And wow. I purchased Large/Thong/No Zipper. I have tons of shapewear. All fit different. So I wear different kind for different style clothes I would wear that day. I read a lot of reviews to help figure out what size to buy. The Large issssss tight and def pulls it all in. I’m Back to try the one with the zipper and not a thong in Large. And another as I just bought but in Extra Large. It has to be easer. One reason I say that is you do not want to put it on crooked. Caz I would never be able to straighten it out. I also will sew down the straps. The one I bought are adjustable and removable. I need the shoulder straps to help pull it up. I bet this will helps w losing weight because of how tight it is. I will feel fuller - Quicker. This is a great cincher. Shapewear item. Made well. It definitely takes time and wiggling to get on and gives you that hour glass figure once I have it on.

    This is absolutely the cutest thing. I actually bought a small for my daughter to wear it over leggings on Christmas with her sweater. It is cute enough to be worn over clothes and sturdy enough to be worn under dresses as a crinolin. It is very well made.

    When I first tried this on, it took a good minute. But you'll get use to it after a good while. I usually put powder on my mid section to help with the random itches waist trainers give you. Overall, this is the best waist trainer I have ever bought and I can't wait to start using it to work out. I highly recommend sticking with your true size so you can get the best results. Don't be discouraged because it runs small.

    I absolutely love this waist trainer. It’s fantastic quality and very comfortable. It’s flexible enough to wear for daily stuff and doesn’t make me too sweaty. It’s durable and comfy! I normally wear a size small, so that’s what I ordered. On the smallest cinch it’s not as tight as I’d like. If you want real waist training, you’ll want to order a size smaller eventually. I’ll wear the small for a while and then downsize to the XS. Overall, amazing.
