I haven't worn this out yet but the try-on went well. It seems to suck everything in nicely. I am 5'4 135lbs with a small postpartum pudge. I ordered the medium and it fits well. Did not struggle too much to get it on and it felt comfortable. I probably could have gone with a size small if I wanted a tad bit more compression but I didn't want it to feel too restricting and uncomfortable. I think the medium was a good choice. No complaints from me. Love it!

Ordered one for myself & my grandmother ended up taking it for back stability! Ordered a second trainer for personal use & love it so far! Phenomenal fit & wear-doesn’t scrunch down or bunch up with daily activities (taking care of a 2 year old & housework) while being used for stability has been proven effective as well. The compression looks great under clothes (no stuffed sausage look or back fat rolls here!). The only issue is the hooks-if you have a hard time using your hands or can’t see over your chest, this might be problematic for you.

It was small at first but I still could buckle it on the last buckle and I've been wearing it 8 hrs a day I would workout in it and it's been 3 weeks of wearing it with like 2 days brake after wearing it for a week straight and now my waist is already smaller I'm on the second buckle instead of the last buckle.. I love this

Very good product quality. Material is soft but thick definitely not cheap! I would recommend getting a size or 2 bigger. It was too small for me but was a great Christmas present to my best friend.:)
