Bought a smaller size the first time and was too small so bought the xl and it fit perfect. I will just have to lose weight enough to wear the other one. I can really feel my waist shrinking when I wear itm compared to other one's this is a great starter one. Also great price!

As always, very impressed by Yianna's products; this was an upgrade for me from their sports girdle waist trainer. What I love about this corset is it is breathable and more flexible than the girdle. This has worked tremendously for me as I use it as my lifting belt at the gym. The fit is tight but not constructive which allows for easy movement! I am 5ft. 160lbs and wear an XS on the 2nd and 3rd hook line.
