I had originally listened to the other reviewers and sized up and got an XL but it was too big and held nothing in what's so ever. So I returned it and got a large. I'm not going to lie, it was hard to get it past my hips and even harder to take off (I take it off by going over my head), but once on, it did its job. sucked in my sides pretty darn well, practically flat, the stomach was not as tight as I wanted but it definitely helped A WHOLE LOT though. definitely happy with the product and plan to use it for waist training, working out, and for looking good in tight dresses. FYI my hips are 49ish and waist 37ish inches. Hope this helps all you future buyers!

Very happy with my purchase! I wanted something to give lower back support, but was movable enough for me to workout in. This is the best of both worlds! I order based on going 3 inches smaller than my waist and the Fit is great. I fasten on the outside row so I've got room to adjust smaller in the future.

Im 5'4.. 117lbs. I got a small. Fits awesome! It was tight getting into which is what I loved most plus that it was lile a thong so it didn't make your butt look awful like other ones.... I always seem to find ones that are not tight enough so it doesn't pull anything in and they make yoir butt look weird. This was great. Con- It has a zipper with these clasps over the zipper.. so if you wear a fitted dress you can see that you are wearing something underneath the dress. If I wore a less tight dress and a black dress im sure it would have been perfect and less noticeable.

Got mine in the mail today for my postpartum belly. Should've gotten a medium instead of a small. Was only able to hook the first part, the rest...well iv got to return this but will be ordering a medium. Regardless of my mistake, this seems to b quite sturdy n of a good quality for the price..will update soonest with pics

I normally wear a 38D and I ordered this product in size D in black. Being a woman with big boobs I don't usually put my faith in sticky bras, backless bras, strapless bras or any of that nonsense. But I figured for $13 I'm willing to give it a shot. Let me tell you I'm crazy about this weird sticky thing! It doesn't lift your girls but it gave me some serious cleavage and the sticky part did not wear off or give way! For $13 this product gets and A+!

Great product, I'm seeing results already after wearing it consistently for a few hours each day. I'm sure usage has to be maintained for my waist to stay nice how it's been. The metal frames bent a little easily though, I don't have a whole lot of experience with these to know if that's a common thing but the product still works perfectly and it doesn't make it uncomfortable at all.
