my measurements are 43, 39, 46 and this fits for the the job. holds me all in. It was hard at first but has gotten easier with a time, assuming i am taking shape. i am now on the inner row of hooks, i'll have to size down soon

They runs very small I had Buy 3 in order to get the sizing correct. It works sooooooo good! My body looks amazing in my high waist jeans.After having twins and then having another baby a year later, by body and belly got stretched and sagged along with weight gain. The 3x barely fitted when I was 235lbs but it was a struggle. When I lost 10lbs it fitted much better. Now I have lost a total of 30lbs and I'm glad I bought 3 sizes because if one gets too big I can go to the next size down...plus it gives me confidence! Love love love!!!!

I'm really happy with this waist trainer. The materials are good quality and sturdy, and the best thing is that is not heavy or bulky at all!! .. I put it on and then my shirt on and really, you don't see it. It's thigh enough to keep my tummy in but I can still breathe !!. I'm not a tall person 5'2 and weight 160lb, my waist measure 34 inches, so I decided to buy the XL one and fits perfectly on the last latch.. I'm working out a little bit and expecting to wear it until fits the first row.. And then, buy the next smaller size, for sure!!. Hope it helps.
