I'm a 36D I bought a D cup. Usually these fit small. Ample breast coverage. I'm 60 so it gave me a little more projection than I expected. If I loosen the tie it pulls in the sides and still looks great. I might have gone smaller as it feels a bit big

I must say, this the best one yet. I've purchased many over the last 2 years of wearing corsets and trying Yianna 9 steel boned and other name brands and this one is definitely this best. Love the sturdiness and it doesn't bulge in areas like the 9 steel boned did. Definitely recommend to anyone in search of a good quality corset.

My waist size is 31 so I used the Yianna size chart and got one in XL and one in L. I'm wearing the XL one on the second set of hooks right out of the box. I have a long torso and this fits pretty well which I'm excited about. It's not pulling or falling down when I sit, either which is wonderful. My only concern is going to the bathroom; getting underwear off and back on without having to unhook anything isn't going to happen so bathroom breaks will take a bit longer!

I would say this is for a plus sized woman. If you think you are medium sized then you probably should not buy a large. The medium will give you the best fit and you will reduce faster
