I'm very impressed with this! It was a bit snug at first but that's expected , but after IL the fabric stretches nicely and I can already feel my body starting to sweat! :) I'm 5'7 , I weigh 130, I bought an SMALLiit fits comfortable I thought at first it was too small but after getting it on, it fits comfortable.

I have owned this for 2 years now, I work out in this frequently and somehow it's still going strong. It's great to use as shapewear too. This is not for tightlacing or permanent results. I does a fantastic job at giving you an hourglass figure and the latex really keeps you warm while working out.

I really like this waist trainer. Today is my second day wearing it. I previously was wearing a neoprene vest to try to get myself used to the snug fit before I went all in. The first day was tough getting it on however today was much easier putting it on. Make sure that you measure yourself instead of going by the reviews. I am very happy with my purchase. :)
